1. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?
Due to the power of our industrial steam cleaning machines, on average it only takes around 2-4 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Our drying time is not guaranteed as it can be affected by humidity, weather temperature, and airflow to the carpets.
2. How long will it take to clean my carpets?
On average, it will take our technicians around 20 minutes per room. This time can vary depending on the size of the room and also the level of soilage.
3. Do you move furniture?
Our technician will move small-size furniture and clean it, we avoid moving TV trolly or any fragiles, we ask our customers to remove items off and out of their furniture like plants, lamps, knick-knacks, books, and clothes prior to our arrival. If an item of furniture is too heavy for a technician to move, we will clean it around or underneath with a smaller tool where possible.
4. What method do you use for cleaning the carpet?
We use the most advanced industrial steam cleaning machines to give the amazing results to our clients, Our cleaning process includes attempt to remove the toughest, deepest and dirtiest stains, whatever is possible.
5. Do you guarantee stain removal?
We cannot guarantee that our technicians will be able to remove all carpet spots or stains. Some stains can permanently discolour the carpet fibres causing irreversible damage. The age of the carpet and the type of carpet also plays a big factor in likelihood of full removal.
6. Do i need to vacuum the carpets before the technicion arrives?
To achieve amazing results we do recommend vacuuming before technicion arrives, but not mandatory.
7. How often should carpet cleaned?
Its completly depend on the usage and number of people living in the house, on average every carpet should get steam cleaned between 6 to 12 months period.

8. How do you clean upholstery?
We use industrial steam cleaning machines to clean upholstery required degrees. Our unique cleaning process is proven to be the deepest, safest and most thorough way of cleaning upholstery.
9. The label on my upholstery recommends dry cleaning, can you still do it?
Yes, we can clean your upholstery or furniture even if the label states “dry clean only”. Our technicians always test the fabric to determine the safest and most effective cleaning method.
10. What type of upholstery do you clean?

11. How often should we get upholstery clean?

Yes, we come and do steam clean your rug at your property.
14. Do you clean oriental rugs?
Yes we do, oriental rugs need extra care when we do process for cleaning. We use very safest method to clean oriental rugs to give them life again.

We’re open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday to Saturday.
16. Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured.
17. Do you accept cash and card payments?
Yes,we do accept cash or bank transfer at the time of finish the job.
18. What should i do before a technicion arrives for my appointment?
To achieve optimum results, we ask that you thoroughly vacuum the areas we will be cleaning ,and also remove all small items, such as shoes,clothes,toys,gadgets.
